Calm Dog Productions is a (literal) mom and pop video production shop based in New Orleans, Louisiana. Lee and Jenna Fritz are the core of the full service team, with a passion for filmmaking and years of experience. Our award-winning work ranges from long form series and films to tv spots and social, collaborating with national brands, local artists and creators big & small to help reach their audience and tell their stories.
Classically trained with film school backgrounds (NYU & Emerson), Lee and Jenna began Calm Dog Productions in the spring of 2012 after a trip to Nicaragua, filming their first documentary ‘Adelante Con El Sol: The Solar Women of Totogalpa’. Since then, they moved to New Orleans, married, had a baby, and grown an ever-expanding menagerie to include: 3 Dogs, a Cat, and a Turtle.
